Privacy Policy
The short version. The files you convert stay on your device and are never uploaded to us. We use no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics. If you buy a plan, we and Paddle handle the details needed to take payment and provide your plan.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Fobros Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”), 2nd Floor, Zara Mall, Paragon City, Lahore 54000, Pakistan (also at S-8 AB Heights, Airport Road, Lahore), is the controller of the personal data described here. Privacy contact: sumar.bashir@fobrostech.com.
2. What we collect, why, and on what basis

3. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not set cookies for advertising, tracking or analytics. We use your browser’s local storage only for the settings above. Our fonts and the page itself are served from our own site. Some tools load open-source code libraries from public content networks (cdnjs, run by Cloudflare, and jsDelivr) when you use them; those networks see your IP address as part of delivering the file. Paddle may set cookies of its own on its checkout; see Paddle’s privacy notice.
4. Who we share data with
- Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), our reseller and Merchant of Record, which processes payments, taxes and refunds and is an independent controller of the data it collects at checkout.
- Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the site, delivers it and protects it from attacks.
- Professional advisers (such as accountants and lawyers) and authorities, where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
We are based in Pakistan and our providers operate in many countries, so your data may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or an adequacy decision.
6. How long we keep data
- Purchase and billing records: for as long as tax and accounting law requires (usually up to 7 years).
- Support messages: up to 2 years after the matter is closed.
- Server logs kept by our hosting provider: for a short period set by that provider, normally no more than 30 days.
- Settings on your device: until you clear your browser data.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or UK GDPR), you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. To use a right, email sumar.bashir@fobrostech.com; we will answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection supervisory authority.
8. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and keep personal data to the minimum needed. Because your files never leave your device, we cannot read or lose them. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the data we hold.
9. Children
The Service is not aimed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Plans must be bought by adults.
10. Changes
If we change this notice in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, where we hold your email as a customer, let you know.
